02Terms of use

The agreement that applies to your use of LiquidScope.

Last updated October 19, 2026

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of LiquidScope identified in the Legal notice ("we", "us"). By signing in to app.liquidscope.net or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. LiquidScope is a private service: access is granted by invitation, is personal, and may be withdrawn at any time. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. What LiquidScope is — and is not

LiquidScope displays public account information retrieved from the supported exchanges for the addresses you register, keeps a ledger of the financial events of those addresses, computes figures from that data and sends alerts. It is a monitoring interface. It does not execute, route or cancel trades, does not hold keys or funds, does not accept deposits, and does not provide investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Any trading is carried out by you or by a provider you have chosen (for example AlphaNet) on the exchange, under their own terms; we are not a party to those arrangements.

3. Your account and sign-in

Sign-in uses Cloudflare Access with a one-time code sent to your invited e-mail address. Your records are tied to that address. You are responsible for keeping access to your mailbox and your devices secure and for everything done under your sign-in. Tell us promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You may register only public addresses that you own or that you are authorised to monitor; the financial history of an address is processed once you register it. You must not attempt to access other users' data, circumvent access controls or rate limits, overload the service or the venue through it, reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law allows, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Never enter private keys, seed phrases, passwords or API signing secrets anywhere in LiquidScope: the service never asks for them and a public address is all it needs.

5. Your inputs

Account labels, strategy names, the assignment of strategies to accounts and assets, the capital you declare for a strategy, alert thresholds and preferences are your inputs. You are responsible for their accuracy. Figures computed on declared inputs (for example returns on declared capital) are labelled as declared and are not a measurement of your account.

6. Data and figures

The data shown comes from the exchanges' public interfaces and may be delayed, incomplete, revised or affected by changes at the venue. The service covers a defined scope of account types and markets and deliberately withholds figures whose evidence is missing, with the reason shown; the Data methodology describes how every figure is computed and forms part of these terms. LiquidScope is not a system of record for accounting or tax purposes. Verify any figure that matters to you against the exchange and your own records before acting on it.

7. Alerts and notifications

Alert checks run on the server about once per minute; push notifications depend on your browser, your device settings and the push service of your browser vendor. Delivery is not guaranteed and alerts are not a stop-loss, a risk-management system or a substitute for supervision. Notification content redacts amounts by default.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided as it is and as available, without a service-level commitment. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of it, and we may change these terms; material changes will be announced in the application or by e-mail where reasonably possible, and the date at the top of this page shows the current version. You can export your ledger as CSV at any time and should keep your own records.

9. Intellectual property

The service, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for monitoring your own accounts, in accordance with these terms. Data retrieved from an exchange remains subject to that exchange's terms. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the service without obligation.

10. No warranty, limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose of the service or of any figure it displays, and we are not liable for trading losses, decisions taken on the basis of the information displayed, missed or late alerts, unavailability of the service, or the acts, omissions or outages of the exchanges, Cloudflare, push-notification providers or any trading provider you use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the mandatory rights you hold as a consumer.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time, remove accounts in Settings and ask us to delete your stored history (see the Privacy notice). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or when the service is discontinued. Sections 6, 9, 10, 12 and 13 survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established (see the Legal notice). Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are submitted to the competent courts of the country where the operator is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact not yet published — reach the operator through the person who sent your invitation.
